When’s the last time you woke up hearing birds chirping, enjoyed a fresh cup of lemonade sold by the local kids, or watched the sunset over the mountains? With Caldart Heights Homeowners Association, these dreams can come true. We’re a group of homeowners committed to maintaining an inclusive community in a beautiful part of Poulsbo. Our residents get to enjoy multiple parks, are in close proximity to stores, public transportation, schools, local swimming pools, and even dog, skateboard and bike parks, that all contribute toward making community living more pleasant.

COMMON AREAS & PARKS

Caldart Heights offers 2 parks with playsets, both with fields for playing and one with a basketball court. Throughout the community there are multiple walking paths and picnic tables and benches, that take you in and around nature. Along your walk, there are dog refuse bag stations and garbage cans for convenient furry friend pick-up and disposal needs.

Dear HOA Members:


The Caldart Heights HOA Annual Meeting will take place on Saturday, June 24, at 9 a.m. in the
lower park. We will elect new board members at that meeting. If you are interested in joining the Caldart Heights HOA Board of Directors, please
email us at president.caldartheightshoa@gmail.com. We need two new members for the Board. Please volunteer!

Attendance By Phone

If you would like to attend the Annual Meeting by telephone, please email us at
president.caldartheightshoa@gmail.com no later than Wednesday, June 21, so that we can make
necessary arrangements.

Vote By Proxy

If you cannot attend the meeting on June 24, you may vote by proxy. Your designation must be
in writing. A simple email stating: “My name is _________, I live at _________, and I am a
member of the Caldart Heights HOA. I hereby designate __________ to serve as my proxy for
all votes during the 2023 annual meeting.” The email should be sent to
hoa.secretary.caldartheights@gmail.com with a copy to president.caldartheightshoa@gmail.com and
treasurer.caldartheightshoa@gmail.com


Work Party


Immediately following the annual meeting, we will hold a work party. The purpose of the work party is to sand and paint the various park benches and picnic tables throughout our community. This project is anticipated to take 2-3 hours. Volunteers are free to donate as much or as little time as they can afford to this project. Please help preserve and improve your community by volunteering. For questions, please contact Larry at president.caldartheightshoa@gmail.com
